Dedicated to helping clients find their piece of East Texas, Katey brings a rare combination of
warmth, expertise and East Texas grit to every transaction. Being her 3rd year in Real Estate
and previously working with Oil & Gas contracts, Katey offers her clients a deep understanding
of both the personal and legal sides of buying and selling property. Her goal is to ensure every
decision is informed and strategic, while her servant’s heart and community focused mindset
make the experience personal and meaningful.

Katey balances multiple roles of professional pursuits, reinforcing her ability to serve her clients
thoroughly and guide them confidently through a variety of real estate situations. In addition to
her real estate career, Katey serves as an assistant for Cavender Ranches where she continues
to gain appreciation for the land and lifestyle that define East Texas and strengthen her
understanding of land, livestock and the ranching community. She is also pursuing further
education in paralegal studies, and her and her family are launching a new local restaurant,
reflecting her commitment to growth and her community.
